What payments do you accept? TOP

We accept all major credit cards and Paypal. If for some reason you have any issues with payment, please let me know. If you pay with an eCheck, there will be a delay in processing of your order until your check clears (This can take up to 3-5 days).

 

When will I receive my order? TOP

Premade shop designs and blog templates are sent to your etsy email address within 2 business days if all info for the sets were provided at the time of purchase (weekends not included). If any changes need to be made please allow up to 24 hours in between each revision. Clipart is sent out within 24 hours of purchase (weekends included). Proofs of digital invites are sent within 24-48 hours.
 
 

Will you install my blog template? TOP

Installation of the blog templates to Blogspot is provided with purchase! :)
 
 

Can you print my order for me? TOP

Yes! :) Printing options are listed for invites, if you need other items such as address labels, stickers, thank you cards, etc. please contact for a quote!
 
 

What is your refund policy? TOP

Due to the digital and personalized nature of the product please ensure that you are purchasing the item you want. Please double check your spelling, numbers, dates, etc on all orders before you place your printing order anywhere. If an error was made on any digital items, we can correct that for you at no charge.
 
 

Do you resell your premade designs, or are they OOAK? TOP

Premade designs are sold multiple times. Premade designs are also retired after they have sold a few times. Custom one of a kind designs would be more expensive than the more affordable resold designs.
 
 

Do you offer coupons or discount codes? TOP

Yes! We do occasionally - and usually with very little notice! The best way to find out about discounts or coupons is to 'like' us on Facebook, or sign up for our new mailing list.
 

Are you taking custom orders? TOP

Custom orders are welcome! Please send an email to alicia@dreamlikemagic.com. Please note that we may not be able to accept every custom order request due to my availability, type of design, and volume of other custom orders being worked on.
 
 

Can I print invites and party items myself? TOP

Many home printers provide beautiful quality when using a high quality paper. We recommend doing a test print at home and if you aren't satisfied with the quality, then take the file to your local print shop. Colors may vary between what you see online and your actual printed product. The calibrations of your monitor and what type of computer you use can affect how the colors appear online, please consider this with any digital purchase.
 
 

How do I make cupcake toppers? TOP

After punching out the party circles with a 2 scallop punch, attach them to 4 lollipop sticks with a small piece of tape. You can find 4 lollipop sticks at local crafts stores. You can also use liquid glue or 1 round white labels to attach the sticks.
 
 

I approved my invite yesterday, can you make it a different size now? TOP

If you require a different size and/or format after approval of the final design, a $5 fee will be applied. Reformatting takes extra time to rework the design. Please remember to provide a size at checkout (5x7 or 4x6) if you need a different size than those please contact us prior to purchase!
